  7,000 Square Foot Longwood
Renovation Wins First Place
in 2005 Parade of Homes
Remodelors' Showcase

Reminiscent of a country lodge, this 7,487 square foot whole house renovationlocated on Lake Brantley in Longwood was awarded First Place in the 2005 Parade of Homes Remodelors' Showcase for homes $1 million dollars and higher.

Originally 2,842 square feet, an additional 2,926 square feet of new living space was added to create a grand residence. The focal point of the project is the great room--with an 18-foot ceiling, stacked stone/brick fireplace, exposed cypress beams, cast iron chandeliers and expansive built-in bookcases.

Other highlights of the project include a European-inspired kitchen with furniture-grade cabinetry; his & her bathrooms and exercise room in the master suite; a private theatre and his & her offices.

The home also includes a 1,346 square foot five-car garage and a 373 square foot screened porch. PSG
